Experiments for a non submissive body
‘Experiments for a non submissive body‘ is a research-based project that focuses on the different aspects of violence and its relations with the body. It is composed by series of different practices, ranging from video, performances, and interventions in public spaces.
The project is oriented by a special concern about the circulation of images of violence through the media, and proposes to reflect on the mechanisms and ethics of representation, as well as the status of the image in relation to our political imagination.
The project had the collaboration of more than 20 artists in its different residencies in Argentina, Slovenia and Spain.
